We are looking for a Sales Officer with hands-on experience as a Cashier using POS systems. The ideal candidate should understand retail/restaurant POS operations and have good customer-facing and communication skills. An IT or software background will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell POS software and related solutions to potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Visit and communicate with customers to understand their business requirements.
- Demonstrate POS software and explain its features and benefits.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding and support.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Cashier using POS systems is preferred.
- Sales or customer-facing experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of computers and software.
- IT/software knowledge or educational background will be a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
