We are growing fast and are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales & Lead Generation Executive who thrives in a tech-driven environment and is passionate about the entire sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate qualified leads across the MENA region using various channels (LinkedIn, B2B platforms, cold calls etc.).
Sales Lifecycle Management: Handle the complete sales cycle – from prospecting, initial outreach, product demo, proposal, follow-ups, to deal closure.
Client Communication: Call potential clients, qualify their needs, and mature 2-3 quality leads daily.
Territory Focus: Run and support targeted sales campaigns in the MENA region with a special focus on KSA and UAE.
Market Understanding: Understand customer needs within the retail and restaurant sectors and match them with the right product features.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress through the sales funnel.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Languages: Fluent in Arabic (Must), English (Preferred)
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Sales, Computer Science)
Experience:
1-2 years in SaaS or software product sales
Experience in POS systems, retail management software, or restaurant software is highly preferred
Experience in B2B sales in the MENA region is a strong plus
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and digital products
Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Technical & Availability Requirements:
Must have a personal computer/laptop with a stable internet connection
Must be available and active during working hours (full shift coverage required)
Should be responsive on communication tools (WhatsApp, CRM, email, calls) throughout the shift
