Overview:
Howmuch Pvt Limited is seeking for Call center Sales Lead/Trainer with at least 05 years of experience as a Lead sales in a call center industory with proven track record of sales coaching.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.
- Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
- Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
- Coordinates with other sales trainers and sales managers.
- Structures training plans to meet financial objectives.
- Hires and onboards new sales trainees.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Adhering to company's policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job duties.
Qualifications:
- Excellent prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- At least 04 of experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or a similar position
- Ability to measure performance
- Experience with building and developing teams
- Outstanding coaching skills
- Background in Computer Sciences, and related field is plus
- High energy level with strong motivation for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to understand and navigate through complex political environments
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical.
- Experience/Knowledge of Hubspot CRM is a plus.
