Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales Call Officer to execute sales campaign for USA. The ideal candidate should have experience with SaaS-based POS/ERP sales, with strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with US customers, and the ability to do lead generation, prospecting, and negotiate sales through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
- Introduce and promote POS software and related solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable POS solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Follow up with interested prospects and close sales.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working on US/Canada/Europe/Australia sales campaigns, ideally, POS/ERP SaaS subscriptions is preferred.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a night shift according to US business hours.
